Global Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Inclusion and Accessibility
At Pluxee, we value diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Our DEI policy, introduced in 2024, helps create a culture where everyone—employees, clients, consumers and stakeholders—feels valued, respected and included.
Accessibility is a fundamental human right. We aim to ensure that everyone can access and engage with our products, services and digital experiences, and are a member of the ILO Global Business and Disability Network.
Accessibility Commitment
We continuously work to remove technical barriers, improve user experience and implement standards to improve accessibility across our digital platforms. We are dedicated to creating and maintaining websites and applications that welcome all users, embrace diverse needs and provide an equitable experience for people with disabilities. This commitment extends beyond complying with technical specifications; it reflects our core values and our vision of an inclusive digital world.
Technical Guidelines
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 to ensure our platforms are easy to use and understand for everyone. These guidelines help us make sure all users, including those with disabilities, can access our website and digital tools.
Actions to Improve Accessibility
- We make accessibility part of the design process: Our Tech (Developers and Quality Assurance), Product and Design teams receive global and local training to include accessibility in every development stage.
- We conduct regular accessibility testing: We test our platforms every month to find and fix accessibility issues before they affect users.
- We perform continuous audits and gather user feedback: We review our platforms against WCAG standards to set clear goals for improvement. We also listen to feedback from users to ensure we meet their needs.
- We ensure accessibility in everyday tools: We provide guidelines to create accessible Microsoft Office documents, including Word, Excel, and PDF to ensure all communication meets accessibility standards.
Here are a few actions we have taken:
- Adding alternative text for informative images
- Ensuring our platforms is compatible with keyboard navigation
- Offering transcripts and captions for multimedia content
- Improving color contrast for better readability
- Structuring our documents and providing quick access features
- Training and sharing knowledge across teams about accessibility best practices
Commitment to Long-Term Accessibility
Digital accessibility is an ongoing process. We are committed to constant improvement and will update this statement as we continue to make progress. Our goal is to build a more inclusive digital world for everyone.
