CSR sits under the General Counsel’s responsibility who is a Pluxee Executive Committee member. We are putting in place sustainability governance supported by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, who reviews the sustainability strategy, ensuring that sustainability is well-anchored at all levels of our organization.
In October 2023, we launched a Double Materiality Assessment exercise to refine our priority topics and engage all our stakeholders in co-building our FY30 targets moving forward.
As part of this target, Pluxee commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 65% by FY2030 from a FY2017 base year. Pluxee also commits to increase active annual sourcing of renewable electricity from 0% in FY2017 to 100% by FY2025 and through FY2030. Pluxee further commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 90% by FY2035 from a FY2017 base year.
Since 2023 Pluxee International has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
On its first EcoVadis assessment under a new brand, Pluxee International received an overall score of 60 points out of 100, positioning above average scoring for its sector and receiving a bronze medal as part of the top 35% performers in it.
When analysed per the assessment’s four pillars (Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement) Pluxee scores 60 points in each, outperforming its sector’s average practices on environmental and sustainable procurement topics.
Pluxee continues to reinforce its strong foundations on sustainability, by creating policies addressing its environmental impact, working conditions and governance, and by certifying and reporting its environmental, social and governance practices, risks and opportunities.
