Laure Pourageaud, Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Laure Pourageaud has been Pluxee’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Group Leadership Team since 2019.

Laure’s focus on talent development within growing organisations dates to the very beginning of her career. From 1991 to 2000, she worked within the Paris region Chambers of Commerce & Industry as a trainer, educational manager, and professional training centre manager, specialised in vocational studies.

In 2001, Laure joined UK multinational enterprise software company Sage, where she notably occupied the position of SME Products & Services Marketing before rising to HR Director France in 2003. In 2011, she became Chief People Officer Europe, overseeing 7,500 employees in a period of high growth and international development for six years.

In 2017, Laure left Sage and focused on her many volunteer activities, which include acting as Secretary for the NGO Cartooning for Peace, her membership in a humanitarian organisation for migrants, and managing her own endowment fund for the performing arts.

In early 2018, she joined the French scale up TalentSoft (acquired by Cegid), European Talent suite leader, as Chief People Officer to structure and guide its international development.

Laure joined Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services in 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Building on her affinity for tech-driven development and digital transformation, she ensured fully autonomous HR functions ahead of Pluxee’s 2024 spinoff. Today, she keeps HR and business visions aligned to support the Group’s performance and showcase the value of Pluxee’s offers through the employee experience of its own 5,000+ talents.

Laure is a graduate of the Sorbonne University in Paris with an MA in Sociology and an MA in Social & Political Communication. A French citizen, Laure speaks French, English, and Spanish.
