Gabriel Rotella, Group Chief Information Officer

Gabriel Rotella has been Pluxee’s Group Chief Information Officer and a member of the Group Leadership Team since 2019.

Gabriel began his career in Argentina, working in the Finance departments of various multinational companies including Siemens, Cadbury, New Holland-Fiat, and JD Edwards. In 2000, he joined Moët Hennessy (LVMH Group) as Project Leader, before moving to France in 2004 to take on the position of IS Senior Manager.

In 2010, Gabriel was hired by the French wine & spirits group Pernod Ricard as Pernod CIO, a position he held until he was named VP IT Group Solutions in 2014.

In 2017, Gabriel joined French agri-food group Savencia in the position of Group CIO, from which he helmed the organisation’s IT transformation.

It was in 2019 that Gabriel joined Pluxee (then Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services) as Group CIO. Since then, he has leveraged his 30+ years of experience of IS transformation in multinational groups to oversee the activity’s digital transformation, ahead of Pluxee’s launch in 2023 as a fully digital player and its 2024 spinoff into the Pluxee Group.

Gabriel holds an MBA from Universidad del CEMA in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well an Organizational Leadership diploma from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. He is an Argentinian citizen and speaks Spanish, French, English, and German.
